Black Plus Gold Brands, S.A. de C.V., operating as Musicalist, based in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this site, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company or project, type of space and the message you write to us. We do not request sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

We use this data to reply to your request, follow up and, where applicable, prepare a service proposal. We do not use it to send advertising and we do not share it with third parties, unless required by law.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored on this site’s server and sent to our email. We keep them while there is a business relationship or a pending request, and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@musicalist.mx. We will reply within the time frames set by law.

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies required for it to work and, where applicable, anonymous traffic measurement tools. We do not use cookies for advertising.
